About John Alberts

John Alberts is a Minnesota-based business leader and organizational strategist. He excels at optimizing existing operations while scaling for the future. As the content strategy and organizational development director for Experience Dynamics, he oversees content strategy and organizational development, as well as artificial intelligence and user experience projects. Before joining Experience Dynamics in 2023, John Alberts spent two years as the executive director of organizational development and administrative services for Austin Public Schools, a position that entailed oversight of the district’s human resources department. From 2006 to 2021 Mr. Alberts led Austin Public Schools as the executive director of educational services, having previously worked as the dean of curriculum and instruction at Austin High School. He has five years of experience as a language arts teacher at the high school. John Alberts achieved his master of arts in education from the University of Minnesota. He completed his K-12 principal license through the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, followed by a graduate certificate program in professional development. He studied English and psychology as an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota, Morris.
